"The Rite Aid Pharmacy in Spokane Valley on Sprague @ Pines is 24 hours and they have filled my prescriptions efficiently for several years, although I’ve not been able to get them within an hour. I don’t need my meds in an hour, so that never bothered me. I can pick up in the afternoon or the next day. No problem. The reason I’m not giving them 5 stars because it is difficult to reach them by phone. The wait time is always long no matter when I call. Sometimes they are out of stock of a medicine and the Rite Aid in Lincoln Heights always has it and fills it within the hour. Not only that, but they are very cheerful and helpful and they answer their phone after only a few rings. I would give that Rite Aid pharmacy five stars."
"By the time insurance had covered their portion of an over the counter drug I was buying, I still owed a quarter. An employee (possibly managerial?) gave a quarter of his own so I (and the cashier) would not have to break a twenty. A small thing maybe, but it made a big, good impression on me!"
