Reviews
"Updat: Just had to run in for 2 things... both out of stock.. because of course it is. This location is absolutely terrible. They have empty shelves for days upon days. South hill location doesn't have any issues keeping products in stock and shelves full. Sprague Target is very neglected. The item I needed, that was not available, IS available at the other location. Because of course it is."
"Normally I don’t experience service so bad that I think it’s worthy of a negative review but this time I was surprised by the tremendous lack of common decency or customer service. I was shopping for a mop like a mop like a swiffer and couldn’t find the cleaning solution that pairs with it. When I saw an employee walking my direction I made eye contact and said “I have a question”. The employee (Roger) ignored me completely and kept walking, so I followed him and waited for him to stop or turn around and acknowledge me. We walked 5-6 isles down and he turned around one of the displays in the middle of the main isle as if to hide. I was on the other side of the display and made a turn in the direction he was walking and he turned the other way like he was trying to get away. I turned, he turned. Then he did it again and so did I. At this point he stopped and I approached him and said I have a question and his response was a curt “hold on”. I waited for him to finish talking on his radio and said “I’m looking for the powder packs that go to this mop” and showed him the image on the side of the mop package and added that I looked in a couple of different isles for the product. Without a change of tone or attitude he he said “probably isle 6 next the mops” and I said “can you show me?” So we walked to the section where they should be and he continues talking to someone on his radio and searching on his phone for the item I was looking for. When he found the item on his phone he started looking for it on the shelf with no luck. Then he says “you can put Pine Sol or any other cleaner in it and it will work just the same” to which I responded, “I’m trying to eliminate as much of the cleaners that are full of chemicals and go with plant based products” to which he responds sneeringly, “you can never trust any of those products, that all have chemicals in them” I said thanks for your help” and continued looking. And to my amazement, I found what I was looking for. The packets were in a display box that was marked for a different type of cleaner. I know people have bad days, so I didn’t take it personal. But I think if you’re going to work in customer service, you should know when your attitude is not good enough to help a customer and at least have the ability to say that. If he would have said “sorry I can’t help you right now, but I can get someone over to you right away” or something like that, I would have never notices his terrible attitude. Roger, I hope you’re doing better. I will definitely keep my distance if I need help in the future."
"The Target at 13724 E Sprague Ave Spokane, WA 99216 is always an excellent place to shop. I also appreciate a Starbucks located inside and a clean cart to hold my drink. This store is clean and all merchandise is neat and organized. The associates are polite, friendly and willing to help. The parking lot is also well maintained and plenty of pickup parking slots are provided. Absolutely one of my fave places to shop or browse."
"I really wish they would have at least two people to check you out . Sometimes the self serve takes 10 minutes. Other than that great little Starbucks inside Target."
"Had zero issues at this location! Clean, besides the dressing rooms. Loved the variety and options they have to choose from!"
