"Had quite an upsetting experience with two (mainly one dude) of the employees today. Both were quite rude and unprofessional, even escalating to yelling at me. The only positive feedback is that the manager, who I talked with, seems to be an extraordinarly kind and gracious man who cares deeply about people, both customers and employees. I hope that the employees can get some more coaching on basic kindness to customers and can mature in those categories and the manager seems to be a great example."

"The employees at this location are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve delt with in Spokane. I literally walked into the front doors and had asked to use the restroom, one of the ladies walked over with me and unlocked the door. While in the restroom I changed into a pair of jeans that I had BROUGHT IN WITH ME, I didn’t think anything of it, I mean why would I?! I had only been in there long enough to ask and use the restroom. When I walked out the same lady that unlocked the restroom for me tells me I was shoplifting!! When I absolutely did not! I hadn’t even made it far enough into the store to be even capable of shoplifting anything!! When I told her to check her cameras she refused and told me to leave the store. I had came to this store with money, and was planning on buying some new clothes and shoes today, instead I get falsely accused and insulted without cause. I will NEVER shop here again, and I will be contacting corporate about their employees."

"It’s crazy to me that they have no fitting rooms and on top of that, only an exchange for something else at the exact price. How can you not have a return policy when you can’t try on the clothes. You are basically left to donate it again so they can resell for more money. It’s wild when they get their inventory FOR FREE. I won’t be shopping here anymore."

"Horrible place. No fitting rooms either. I bought $8 pants after they told me I could return/exchange them with the receipt and tags. When I came back to do just that, they said I couldn’t even exchange the $8 pants for a $2 item. They also said I couldn’t get any of them money back on a gift card either. I had to buy something worth the $8 and pay the difference or just donate the pants back. Interacted with 3 associates during this visit and they were all extremely rude. Loved Value Village before this location but will now be avoiding this thrift store."

"This place has really gone downhill. I took photos today, but the prices are this bad every time I go there. Once in a while, you find a gem at a price that makes sense, but they think that anything vintage is worth money, even if it’s broken, glued back together, dirty, stained, missing pieces, etc. It’s like they look things up on Etsy/EBay to see how much they’re worth in perfect condition and then price just slightly less, even if the item is trashed and wouldn’t sell for $1. Today I also saw a burnt candle from Target that costs $5 new at Target (I bought the same one there a couple weeks ago), but also $5 used. Doesn’t make any sense. Do better, “Value” Village."
