"Aaron was absolutely wonderful. Very kind, quick to return phone calls and did his best to find an appointment around my trip. Thank you Aaron!"
"My son has been waiting a YEAR for an appointment. Monday he was suppose to be seen in a virtual call and they just called him (Friday) to cancel it. They won't reschedule because they dont know when they can get him in. A YEAR!!! He is suspected of having Marafan syndrome but we need a diagnosis to start preventative medication. In the meantime he is having collapsed lungs. This is unacceptable care on many levels including the repeated referral process that has to happen and the EKG that was required before they would even have a virtual appointment with him."
"Staff is friendly enough, but be prepared to be put on hold, forgotten about, messages not responded to. You will need to come in for an appointment to talk about a test, then come in for an appointment to take the test, then come in for an appointment to talk about the results. Then do the process all over again for the next test. It is excessive. Everything that is discussed at an appointment could be discussed over the phone. If this is done because of insurance, than something needs to change because it is ridiculous. I have had a pre-approval from insurance since May for the 3rd round of tests. I have sent a mychart message (which was never answered), called and spoke with someone in the office and still have not been able to get an appointment to get the actual test done. I am very much annoyed with this office and how they give the impression that only their time is valuable."
