"Overall in the office it was a great quick experience. But beware if you need any kind of medications called in they don’t do it right away. Had to call the office 3 separate times to get someone to call it in taking 5 hours after getting done with the visit to receiving medication."

"I take my kiddos to the regular Mt. Spokane Pediatrics and they are great but I’m feeling pretty upset with the provider my son saw at this urgent care. His appetite started decreasing over a year ago, but has gotten dramatically worse the last 4 months. He went from the 50th percentile for weight to the 20th percentile a year ago, and is now at the 10th. He says he is too full to eat and is burping a lot when he does try to eat. This week, he was crying tears because it hurt so bad to eat. The provider said this was normal. She said all kid’s stomachs are tiny so two green beans will fill them up. She didn’t even do an exam. I had to complain that she didn’t do an exam to someone else. This person had the doctor come back and the doctor apologized saying she “got sidetracked” and then did an exam. I asked for a referral to a GI specialist, but she refused. Why??? What does she have against giving us a referral to make sure that there isn’t a GI issue? I am so upset that I will be getting a bill for such poor service."

"Don't waste your time here! Today was the last straw. I tried to take my son in 25 minutes before closing, there weren't any cars in the parking lot, and no one in the waiting room. We walked in and they immediately said "I'm sorry but we have reached our cap of patients for today." Excuse me but there was NO ONE THERE! Cap my a**. You can see one patient in 25 minutes. If you are basically going to close before you close, then change your hours. Also, I had tried calling 10 minutes before that to ask how late they'll take patients since all the urgent cares closer to me were closed and I didn't want to waste time and gas driving there. It rang and rang for over 5 minutes and no one answered the phone. Of the multiple times I have tried to take kids here, only once was there a positive experience."

"We arrived at 6:20 after driving for 45 mins to be told that they were not taking anymore patients despite not closing until 7. I understand that staffing plays a role in the clinic’s capacity however, I called the clinic prior to going in. Super frustrating and will definitely make me reconsider future visits."

"Came in for a sports physical for son, saw Whitney Bowen who we hadn't seen before. No surprise, the facility is super clean, and all the stuff are efficient and kindand he was seen quickly. We LOVED WHITNEY, she was so great! Thanks for making my kids Dr visits so easy!"
