"Amy conducted a one hour assessment with our son, diagnosed him and prescribed him medication. Since we were not part of that evaluation and with our son's permission, I emailed her to ask a series of questions about what the medication does, what side effects it might have, why she was calling for bloodwork to be run, etc. After waiting almost a week for her answers, she responded with no additional information about her diagnosis, the medication itself, nor what the bloodwork would be for. She then said that we were welcome to find another provider if her "plan" wasn't satisfactory. The lack of attention and care was astounding. Our idea of a plan and service certainly do differ. If you or your family is in crisis, and you want personal attention and appropriate education, this is not the provider to see."
