"Previously, I would have given this place 5/5. However, as of late, I'm incredibly disappointed. I received a notice in July and called to make an appt. They told me I was supposed to have been seen in March (I had no idea). They said they sent a notice. The only notice I received was in July, so I called then. They couldn't fit me in until the beginning of October. Okay, not ideal...but okay. I have a tough work schedule so I'll own some of that. I take off work to be seen for this telehealth appt. 5pm rolls around, no link for an appt. I call at 5:15. Office is closed. I leave a voice-mail. I call again at 5:30 after still no link and leave another voice-mail. I work three jobs and called in late to one so I could attend this appt. I receive a call the next day informing me they cancelled my appt July 31st and had left me a voice-mail canceling. Except I got a new phone in June and didn't set up any voice-mail (for specific reasons) until late August. So that's not true, but even if it was, wouldn't one follow up on an appt you cancelled to confirm cancelation and reschedule? Incredibly disappointed. Have been told the next opening won't be until late Jan...After my deductible has restarted."
