I had an appt booked for several weeks, 2 days prior I was contacted and told I had to provide a CC on file before I would be seen even though they acknowledged my insurance had pre approved everything as I had hit max out of pocket for the year. I told them I would be happy to pay cash at appt for anything insurance wasn't covering they told me that wasn't acceptable and only someone trying to steal from them would not be willing to give them CC on file even though they had the pre auth and I offered cash at time of appt."

"Four years after an acl graft, quarantine, pregnancy, postpartum, and a whole lot of sitting on my butt, my knee was not happy. After getting an MRI that showed everything was fine structurally, they recommended physical therapy. Colin in my first session identified hip and quad weakness, which him, Chris, Jordan and their techs helped me regain my strength and mobility over the past 8 weeks. I am so thankful to not be in daily pain anymore and be able to fully lock out my knee again.
