His attentive listening and insightful questioning uncovered a therapy uniquely tailored to my needs. Under Dr. Wills leadership, you'll find this same compassionate approach used by all Perma Mental Health professionals and offices. I am glad to see the growth of their business with new offices opening around Idaho. Dr. Wills, a psychiatrist with years of experience, has developed a unique approach to understanding feelings and emotions which he calls "Radical Emotional Acceptance." It's a concept borne from his own personal emotional battles and years of clinical practice. In his latest book, "Give a F*ck Actually," Dr. Wills shares this method with the wider world. The book is easy to follow and has been well received by peer reviewers and various publications. Perma’s embrace of global advancements in psychology—from breakthrough European medications to Japanese meditation techniques—underscores a progressive spirit that I haven’t seen in other mental health offices. Perma Mental Health's office staff also set the clinic apart from the rest. Their actions such as—streamlined call routing, prompt callbacks, and swift prescription services—significantly reduce life's everyday frustrations. To me this is first-class customer service. Perma offers flexible scheduling and telehealth sessions to accommodate today’s busy lives. My personal journey since starting therapy has been about transformation—from despair to a growing sense of optimism. This change, more than anything, has made me feel better. For that I am grateful. "Would give zero if I could. DO NOT GO HERE! 1. Some of the providers are not trained in psyc that are FNP when they should be PMHNP. 2. As a healthcare professional, I knew that they were prescribing and diagnosing my child wrong, but I was told"I'm the professional and know better" this is unprofessional. They lack the skills to provide individualisic care. If I would have followed recommendation they would have harmed my daughter. I will be reporting to the medical and nursing board as they are practicing unethically. We found great comprehensive treatment elsewhere. Replying to the owner's comment: working in healthcare I have heard and seen primary care providers refusing to refer due to negative feedback and poor care. I would not schedule here!"

"I have gone to Perma Mental Health for about a year now, and when my old provider left, I was a little bit worried about taking a new provider. but Julie has been wonderful. The staff is also wonderful. This evening, I had an experience with April, in which she went above and beyond to make sure that my medication was filled, as I was out. It had been called to one pharmacy that was unable to obtain it , and so had to be sent to a different pharmacy that could fill it for me. She insured this would happen by sending it both to the other practitioner, as Julie was off today and had not had a chance to get to it yesterday, and by sending it to the main office. Kudos to you April."

"Major lack of communication made my experience extremely frustrating causing me to cancel my follow up and seeking other options. In the span of less than two weeks i had to contact the office 8 times to get answers. The staff is very friendly, but not getting vital information overshadows that quality. ***Funny how I posted this negative review about not being contacted and communicated with in a timely manner, and a response to it is give within 20 minutes! Wow! Maybe using that time making sure patients are being communicated with so they don’t leave bad reviews is a better use of your time! And leaving the same response to negative reviews does not seem sincere."

"Visiting with Dr. Wills was a very pleasant experience. His Receptionist Rory was extremely kind and knowledgeable about all of the services. Dr. Wills was informative and helpful concerning my mental health needs. I highly recommend Perma Mental Health due to Rory’s dazzling personality alone.
