"I have been a patient with this clinic for almost 5 years. Apparently they will mark you as a “no show” if you arrive at the time of your appointment (not even late) and not the “arrival time”. I was ALWAYS told by scheduling that if you arrive 7 minutes PAST your scheduled time, you are then marked as a no show. Today I arrived at the time my appointment started and was marked late and I was not allowed to see my provider even though I was not “late”. They show no mercy, empathy, or understanding to their patients and today absolutely proved that. Arriving on time to your appointment that is 30 minutes is not late, especially when the provider only spends 10 minutes of their time on you. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. There was MORE than enough time for me to be seen, but instead I was turned away and denied my appointment."

He covered studies that have been done on osteoporosis and why I might want to consider certain options.
