"I love all of my TVFM interactions from the front desk, to the nurses, to my PCP. Everyone is kind and engaging. The only downfall about TVFM, and this is probably something totally out of their control, but appointments are scheduled at least two weeks out. Still, it is worth it for the extra friendly and attentive staff."

"I wouldn’t refer this practice to my worst enemy. They are all a joke and their receptionist share patient information and write it down. Anyone experience card theft or identity theft after visiting this practice should know that the brunette receptionist might be the culprit. Also, they will deny you care even if you have DOUBLE insurance. This happened twice with my son. They lost my faith after they negatively impacted my medical health by failing to provide me my medication, which is against the law. They laugh and joke about patients and have gossiped about my son many times. They fail to understand and diagnose patients properly. It’s a disgusting practice and half of these reviews are paid. I repeat do not go here. There are plenty of other practices that will be a much better option. I was mentally ill and had as ignored for almost a year. Then they decide to terminate my care after I brought these issues to their attention. Needless to say, I will be filing a complaint. I beg of you, find someone else. Not only because of the fraud they commit but the abuse they give there patients. Hopefully, my escalation to their business office will save many other patients who have been or are continuing to be abused by these “practitioners”. Update: The owner called me from the practice. He didn’t do a thing except tell me they refilled my meds.. thank you for that... He hung up and no call back… Again, find someone else."

"Dr Crownover was very detailed in going over everything. I was a new patient and he spent 2 hours addressing everything. He followed thru with everything he said he would do. Communication is excellent from him and his staff."
