"Zach has been overlooking my pain management now for 5 years. I appreciatecaring heart his sincer"
"This is another vessel in the st ALS money machine. They are not here to perform medicine, they are there to make money. I was referred here, brought stacks of records with me. In desperate for a solution. Dr and I agreed that surgery isn’t best option, nor are trigger point injections, been there done that. He told me what he can offer are surgery, meds, injections. And if that’s not what I want he can’t help. He said I will refer you to my colleagues. Not once did he look at any of my records. He had 4-5 year old images from the saint Al’s network as reference. This is the 3rd doctor to do the same thing from this institution. Oh you don’t want our highest grossing service? Well I’ll send you to someone else. I will be calling today to ask for charges to be reversed or lowered. Nobody performed any type of medicine, nor did they give me advice, direction, or any answers nor hope. This is the new era of medicine folks. The healers are gone, and it’s about the cash grab. If you have a doctor that listens and actually tries to find root problems to heal you. Stick with them! If you just want a quick injection, meds, or surgery without an understanding of why; this is the place for you. But if you want to get healed or have an understanding of how to manage your symptoms, I’m sorry to say this is not the place. I am going to see this through and talk to the referred physician. But I’ve also made appts with different providers. I walked in months ago saying I was at my wits end. Now I’m continually getting passed off to another person. Thank god I’m not suicidal! My lasting impression is that They don’t care about the person, it’s about protecting their best interests financially and legally. I waited a couple days to post this, I didn’t want to just react. But now that I’ve digested it. I recognize the whole thing was a farce. Goto your appt here knowing what you want and think will help. Recognize that they are in the money making business, and sometimes treatment plans are eschewed to support that. If anything changes in my situation, I will update this review. But after 3 appts and now another referral, I’m sorry to say that this is the best they can get."
"If I could rate it a quarter star I would. As the door was open for my appointment has been nothing but a comedy of error from day one. And then I find out that my referral for a pain doctor does not like to prescribe pain medication. Zach has the bedside manners of a rattlesnake"
"I had to reschedule my back surgery due to needing hip surgery first. I called on a Monday and as of Fri still no return phone call from this office. I called on Friday and they're closed."
"Dr. Collins was an amazing doctor. The when he left to start his new career in Florida, I should of followed my gut feelings and left also. Zach Njoroge, PA will only do procedures on the spine now and does not prescribe pain medication."
