"Took my child to Peds clinic on 7 October and saw Dr. Phillips. Dr.Phillips made Keegan feel important and encouraged him to stay safe as he does skateboarding. We also stopped by Rad and Immunizations and all techs were amazing with him. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to my son."

"Urgent care has very kind nurses, but they’re helpless. The two doctors I saw, Woods and Swanson are useless and have no business working in healthcare. They are rude, demeaning, and don’t seem to realize it’s 2017 and people don’t have to suffer every step of an illness. I was misdiagnosed due to both “doctors” neglect to run any tests. They both prescribed different medication and didn’t seem phased that I was in tears with pain. Save your time and possibly your life and drive into town to St. Lukes"

"This was my first visit ever to an Air Force doctor and I am so impressed. The staff was so personable and beyond helpful. I went in for bp issues but also had questions regarding fertility. They pointed me in the right direction and took the time to answer my many questions. I never felt rushed and they genuinely cared about my issues. So very happy with my experience here."

"Pathetic is an understatement. The so called doctors are rude, hateful, and actually tells parents of young children to hush. They make so many medical errors it's a miracle anyone is alive!!! They almost killed me a couple of times. Cruel is what these evil, uneducated, and psychotic so called doctors are! Don't get me started about the retarded military airman they have there. DON'T go. If you are not dying do not go, or go elsewhere... if you are dying you are better off dying in a ditch or going elsewhere. The fat round doctor I saw tonight for my daughter actually spit while saying "hush" to me when I was discussing my daughter's illness. They do NOT care about Active duty, who cares about their families. Active duty should be taken the very best care of and in fact they are not. I have right now staff at the MHAFB hospital that talks so poorly of it, it's insane. They actually have told me they do everything to avoid going them their selfs. They are so far go and uneducated I don't even understand how they passed high school let alone get into the military. I was almost put into code because the anesthesiologist joked that he had never worked on someone as small as me, and almost coded me twice! Wow what a service to this country. You must work there and have your feelings really hurt, or you know NOTHING of what you speak. This place should be shut down! Shame on you Robert. This hospital is scary to say the very least. You have no idea. I have actually had to assist airman in drawing my own blood, and when I ask them why they haven't learned yet they reply, "look this is where I got stuck, I'm not actually into medically crap." Yeah... so whoever can read, read this... STAY AWAY from Mountain Home Air Force Base's Hospital. They treat active duty like dogs because they know they cannot get sued or in any trouble..... but there is enough of us civilians who are getting really sick of almost being killed, and harmed due to their lack of knowledge, professionalism, and care. You are correct ROBERT there are options for us to go off base, but much of the active duty is getting paid no more than that of a Mcdonald's worker, so affordability isn't really there to go elsewhere.
