"This afternoon's 1:45 PM appointment - we arrived downstairs at 1:40PM and called to confirm the clinic's exact location. A lady, seemingly named Gabriel or Gabby, directed us to the wrong building, causing us to be late. Consequently, the appointment was canceled and rescheduled for another day. It's not our fault, yet we're bearing the consequences. Moreover, the person who answered the phone did not offer an apology, as if they were not at fault in this matter. Additionally, the map provided is unclear, with blurry text making it nearly impossible to read. I recommend clearly marking the clinic's location on the map."

"The scheduling team is horrible. I had my anatomy scan rescheduled 3 times and on the 4th time, they straight up canceled my appointment days before I was scheduled to come in WITHOUT contacting me. Good thing I double checked my chart to give my mom the appt time so she can watch my kids. When I called to ask why the anatomy scan and follow up was canceled, the receptionist was like, "oh you never got our messages? We called you 3 times and left voice-mails." First of all no you didn't. I have this number in my contacts because I don't like answering calls unless I know who I am talking to. Second, I have to coordinate appointments WAY in advance so my husband can come. I have had no voice-mails and no calls. I had to get my leave approved and then reverted 4 times at work. That is embarrassing for me to do as an employee.... I schedule for a living so I understand scheduling conflicts, but to reschedule me 4 times and to cancel my appt without a call and then lying to my face telling me they tried contacting me?! Yeah I'm done. I loved my doctor and nurse, but this was my last straw."
