"I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care provided at MFM during our pregnancy. Your team’s skill, knowledge, and compassionate bedside manner put my nerves at ease and made our very challenging pregnancy more manageable and brought joy and hope back to our pregnancy. I’m deeply thankful for your unwavering dedication to your patients’ well-being. Your care has made a significant positive impact in our lives and given us our miracle baby girl. When we were first referred to MFM for our high risk pregnancy, I was defeated, devastated, scared, confused, and so sad. Your team took time to be empathetic, educate my husband and I in appropriate jargon that we understood, and I will forever be grateful for your expertise. You not only educated us about the rollercoaster that this pregnancy was, but you all eagerly jumped in and rode the coaster with us - even brought back joy to our journey. Without you, our baby would likely not be here, I would not be okay, and we would have much different outcome. Please pass our gratitude on to all MFM staff ranging from the front desk, receptionists, genetics, nurses, NPs, and doctors - you were all amazing. To those just starting their journey with MFM, you are in great hands and we are so lucky to have these providers in our state. We need them."
"This review is for Allison Szczepanski at the clinic. We can't say enough thank you to Allison. From the moment we met her during our visit there, until the end of the process a few months later, she is always being so patient, compassionate, thorough and full of knowledge. On top of all the help she offers us around pregnancy, she went above and beyond help us multiple rounds with insurance claims. We are just grateful we had met her and thank you so much for everything you've done."
"I fell in love with Dr. Bressler and Dr. Lee. The staff there was amazing in how they treated me and in answering questions i may have had. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that each time you went in, there was a chance you saw a different doctor and not all of them were on the same page because they would say different opinions then what you received the appointment before. Stacy Seyb saw me a few times and the first time didn't know why I was really there because he didn't read my chart before seeing me. That was unprofessional in my opinion. I would go back, though, if I were to get pregnant again and be high risk."
"I'll start by saying my baby and I are healthy. However, Bethany is a nightmare to work with and refuses to directly talk to patients over information with insurance. Genetic testing and all. Dr. Seyb, was a complete jerk when it came to explaining my comfort and when asking a question about something that was happening, he said" I've never been pregnant, I don't know. Do you know Rosie?" who was his nurse at the time. It has been two years and I was recommended to come here because online it states that Dr. Miller has "interests in bariatric pregnancies." This is literally just an interest and does in no way mean she specializes or has any training in it. TWO YEARS, and I am still dealing with the insurance because they were not upfront and honest with me when they received the referral for a specialist in bariatric pregnancies. Apparently, they do have training in Type one diabetics, but it did not Show. They refused to test my levels to see if I was in DKA from not being able to eat. I went somewhere else on my own and was hooked up almost dying for 4 days, sent by ambulance, bleeding. They had planned for me to have a planned c section. I get to the hospital, my mom has flown in, iv is in and the ob comes in and tells me actually if you want to wait, we can have the baby in a week or two. I'm not sure why we scheduled you for today. Would you like to wait a couple weeks. So clearly they don't communicate well either. I could go on and on about the frustration and rude comments and unaccommodating most of them were, but I think the idea is here. 0/5 do not recommend."
"Had a really poor experience with the staff and the way they treat patients. They decided they didn’t see a point in seeing me further which is fine however nobody called or anything to let me know the appointment was canceled and when I got there and explained what was happening to the lady at the front she wasn’t very nice. I was supposed to come in for a 16 week early anatomy scan. And the lady said that the ultrasound technician said they wouldn’t be able to do an anatomy scan because it’s way to early to even see. Well I got an ultrasound done later that day through someone else and you were able to easily tell that it’s definitely a boy. I feel like this place doesn’t care about their patients they just are looking for a way to make money. Staff isn’t friendly they don’t treat you like patient and any questions or comments you have just forget about it."
