"I went in for a consultation about an IUD. The doctor was so nice and she let me know all of my options. They normally have to order one and then schedule for another time, and we would have had to wait another month because of where I was on my period. They had one in stock, and she told me that it might hurt because I hadn’t prepped with pain meds or anything. I said go for it. She was amazing - hurt a bit but she knew what she was doing and has done it hundreds of times. Because I’m a graduate assistant on BSU insurance it cost me nothing! Best decision I’ve made. Very happy with my experience."

"First appointment the doctor discussed with me that she would send me referrals for a specific test to be done and she never got back. Scheduled for counseling and psychiatrist, and they lost my counseling appointment. Made the psychiatrist appointment and was given a prescription and they sent it to the wrong store. Had to hunt down that prescription before my next appointment for a wellness checkup the next day... it made me late, and I called ahead to inform them I could be a little late. Got in a little past their cutoff and they refused to see me and told me I had to reschedule... Overall the front desk staff they hire are unprofessional students who are cold and rude to their clients. If you want to be stressed out while seeking psychological help, by all means... go here."
