She even researched international travel laws for the forms needed for the place I was traveling and was so excited for me when the results came back negative. She made a really stressful experience so much better."

"I was scheduled for a simple, single vaccine at 3:45 P.M., but I came in early at 3:05 P.M.. After I checked in, I later found out around 4:17 P.M. that the clinic ran out of the vaccine I needed. I don't believe that the customer service reached its potential when I came in. The Registered Nurse had told the clerk about being out of stock, since the Nurse was too afraid to tell me in person. In fact, the Nurse actually called me after I left the healthcare facility."

"The office never relays messages to doctors so that patients can have proper care. The doctors act as though they are better than others and if it is brought up to the clinic manager nothing is done about it since they don't care. They all have negative attitudes and leave before they're suppose to. I have never had a good experience there."
