"Leigh Gatons, P.A. Has the absolute worst bed side manner! I went in for an ear infection. I let her know my ear was throbbing and was in pain. She yanks my ear up to look in it, causing so much more pain. Then had her medical assistant flush it.(which he was great, she could learn a thing or two from him) Leigh comes back in yanks my ear back up again and says okay you’re good to go. I asked her for some antibiotics. She said no it’s not infected, I explained to her again, how painful and throbbing it had been. She said well I’m not giving you antibiotics, it’s not infected and walked out of the room. If you have absolutely no kindness and no compassion, why be in the medical field?!"

"No sense of urgency. Nurses don’t pay attention and they slow the whole process down. Physician gave me an attitude when I was relating my frustrations. I will never be coming back here. Have to make another edit: I left because the physician is an absolute little brat. Wanted to talk down on me, and then refused to prescribe me what I needed. STAY AWAY!"
