"Staff is nice waiting to get in seen by the doctor was way to long other people came got seen right away while my wife sat and waited for nearly an hour. So we got up left the facility went to st. Alphonsus urgent care was seen right away. It seems like the doctors there don't care about people in wheelchairs who are parapalegic how sad must not like there job."

"Uninsured ppl: You DON'T have to go here, you can see St Al's or St Luke's doctors as they do their own low-income programs too (which is paid for by the same federal funding Terry Reilly gets). This place is incompetent at best and criminally negligent in worst cases, but if you escape that - you won't escape the belittling treatment. They treat everyone like poor, homeless ppl who only deserve poor ppl treatment. Go elsewhere."

"Please tread lightly with them. My female cousin went to see them for the last 12 years due to no insurance, and we thought we could trust their opinion. She just passed away over a month ago with uterine cancer that Terry Reilly majorly MIS-diagnosed as “non cancerous fibroids” and told her to take medications after medications for the last few years. Fast forward to December 2022-May 2023, my cousin was admitted into St. Luke’s due to heavy bleeding & a stroke that lead to the diagnosis of end-stage uterine cancer that took her life QUICKLY. It WAS TREATABLE had Terry Reilly actually RUN the tests they were supposed to. We can’t forgive this company."

"I came here in search of a new med manager. I expected a consultation regarding prior medication to suggest replacements, especially considering my diagnoses are all documented and I’ve been treated for them for years. With Kathryn Wick, what I got was more of an interrogation. She was reading questions from her desktop and taking notes, and would not even remember my response from minutes prior when whatever checklist she was going through asked a redundant question. The ADHD diagnosis I’ve had for 16 years was dismissed by her as just a manifestation of my anxiety, and she encouraged me to come back to “reevaluate” so I could potentially get the medication that’s been helping me for years. At this point I was in tears. I asked when I should return, and she said “you can schedule it. A month, maybe two”. I am uninsured, but I would rather pay 4x the amount that I was charged today to find a provider with empathy, and I intend to do so."

"I walked into urgent care and saw a provider within 10 minutes of entering the building; including check-in paperwork. Kim was the MA and was friendly and reassuring, rapidly getting pertinent information to give the provider. Larry was the provider I saw. Larry calmed my anxieties about the symptoms I was having and gave me education that was clear and easy to comprehend. I was able to pickup my prescriptions next door from their pharmacy as soon as I left my appointment and was feeling improved in just a few days. 10/10 would recommend Terry Reilly for everything from ease of access to patient care and affordability."
