I am consistently impressed by their appointment availability, promptness in getting over test results, and urgent care capacity (usually out of tye Emerald Street location). After hours care is great: you get a phone consult with a nurse that gives advice for next steps. In-person medical staff are respectful, knowledgeable, and thoroughly listen and are happy to spend the time to have a good conversation with you. They accept a wide range of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid."
