"My shoulder kept getting worse and worse until I couldn't move my arm and could barely walk from the pain. No genious combination of stretching, resting, diet or exercise seemed to slow the immobilization. It lasted for almost a year. After only about 16 hour long sessions at Altitude over 2-3 months, my shoulder was healed. Now I have been working construction, breakdancing, and training MMA with no problems for years.
