"I have 3 kids all under the age of 6. They love their dental appointments. Awesome place with nice people. Beautiful kids wall decorations and their mini theater. I will recommend for anyone looking for dental services for their kids. It was amazing how they were able to make my 13-month-old baby comfortable enough for him to cooperate throughout the entire process for his first dental appointment. At the end of the day, kids get coin reward to pick up a price . They also enjoy their little headphones to watch TV while laying on their backs for procedures. They take x-ray at each visit . I have relocated, but I still travel to nampa to get their service. Clean spacious bathroom."

"This place is so AMAZING!!! I can't say enough great things! I was SHOCKED to see that anyone could leave anything but a 5 STAR REVIEW but I feel like some people always need something to complain about and sometimes the bad attitude we think others may have might just be us...the entire staff is nothing but patient and kind every time we visit and are extra gentle. My daughter was a patient at another children's dentist, in Nampa, earlier this year. We were told by the previous office that they wanted my 7 year old to go to St Luke's to be put under (totally put out), our insurance denied the pre-auth and the appeal so I looked into getting a second opinion and I'm so glad I did!!! Our first day visit to Idaho Pediatric Dentistry my daughter had X-rays. The dentist, who I should mention, has to be ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET, came in to tell us what all my daughter needed and it was a lot. He developed a treatment plan and said he was confident that if she could handle the x-rays she could handle the dental work. When we bought her in for her second visit it took several minutes of convincing (since her previous dental office told her she would be put to sleep) she was afraid but they were so patient and we didn't feel rushed. They made her feel safe enough to try the nitrous oxide and three minutes in she was so relaxed and asking me to take pictures of her to send to her dad. The visits after that she is now so calm that she just tells them "I need the gas". When you arrive the office is very welcoming to children, they have an arcade and movie theater in the waiting room and after their appointment get tokens for prizes. I was also amazed at how fast they can get you in. As a new patient we only waited ONE WEEK, and follow up appointments are no further out than two weeks, that's unheard of in this growing town where medical staff is in high demand. Thank you so much for standing out from any other pediatric service around!!!!"

"The dentist and staff are not kind at all. My son has special needs and they were never patient with him. They also are not very understanding. I scheduled my son for a dental surgery. When I went to make the appointment nobody informed me that if I reschedule because of an emergency I would have to pay $500 out of pocket. I’m a single mom and I had accidentally schedule my son’s surgery the same day I was getting surgery. When I realized ( a month in advanced) I called and let them know what had happened. They were very rude and snarky and said “that is not our problem to figure it out”. I told them I have nobody else to watch my son after his surgery. I did talk to the “manger” and she also said the very same thing. I would understand if I canceled a day before or even a week before but giving them a month notice and telling them I wanted to reschedule is absolutely awful to be this rude and not be understanding. Update: I took my son to a different dentist and had a totally different different(happy) experience. Even after taking my son routinely to Idaho Pediatrics and doing all the treatment's/ other things. My son ended up with 16 cavities. Even though the last time we went to get a cleaning they said his teeth had “no cavities”. Be very cautious with this dentist."
