"So far, so good. First time, walk-in patient today. Only waited a little less than an hour. I probably would have waited at least that long at any urgent care. The receptionist was great. The X-ray techs were great. The PA (Tom) gave me a pretty thorough exam and discussed my issue at length, including what the x-rays showed. He gave me the prescriptions I needed, and I was on my way. PA Tom was very confident about my treatment, but listened to my concerns as well. Overall, very pleased."

"Throughout the day, I was trying to find somewhere to get a second opinion on having a depression fracture i’ve had 6 months, since the last PA I saw (not here) didn’t help/believe me at all. Since I was busy, I asked my mom to call and try and get me established. They recommended I get a referral from my PCP as it would help with insurance. I was able to do so, so they already had all the information before I went in. I was called back in less than 10-15 minutes after completing my paperwork. After x-rays, I saw PA Sabrina Dlouhy who listened to me, my past issues, examined the results of previous MRI’s, looked at one of the MRI’s, examined my knee, and came to a conclusion that surgery would most likely be in my future on it. she recommended a brace (the brace i was last recommended wasn’t appropriate for my injury) to buy and even gave me pain medication (what I had been telling the last PA i needed - who didn’t believe me). It was a fantastic experience with people who ACTUALLY listen and BELIEVE the symptoms you’re experiencing. Would definitely recommend :) Additionally, it’s a very clean, nice place!"

"I went in a few days after being seen at an ER for a broken wrist. I had swelling and discoloration and the nurse I spoke to was not understanding and wasn't listening to me. The "doctor" I saw was only a PA and had to call a real doctor to be able to answer my questions and tell me what to do from there. The staff all went by first names which isn't professional for doctors to do. I had no insurance at the time so they told me at the desk I would have to pay a $400 deposit because I had no insurance. So because I was desperate and didn't want to go to the ER I paid this. I later called to ask about getting some money returned to me because it surely shouldn't be $400 to talk to someone for 10 minutes. I spent about 20-30 minutes in this place total and nothing was done, no vitals check, X-rays, tests or supplies. I was told that the first visit is $400 regardless of what is done and that nothing is refunded. I went to a different and much better doctor a week later and got X-rays and a cast for less than $400 with no insurance. This place is a waste of money! Go to a real doctor and don't listen to their commercials stating they are cheaper and faster than other doctors."

"Came here after going to the hospital for a knee injury told them I had x-rays they still proceeded to do some. The Dr I had seemed very rushed. I asked about work restrictions and was more worried about a lawsuit then listening to what I had to say. Probably won't come back here again. They will be charging me for all this stuff when I just went to the er and they could have used that stuff."

"I called to see if I could make an appointment to be seen and was told appointments were weeks out, and that if it was urgent I needed to be a walk in. I walk in and have to wait for close to 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen. They took x-rays but tell me that the swelling was so bad they couldn't tell if it was broken or not and that I would need to come back in two weeks. I go back for that follow up and was told that even if it is broken then will just tell me to keep wearing the boot that I was already wearing and sent me on my way. Over two visits I didn't receive any actual treatment, and then received a bill for $600."
