"My elderly mother attempted showing up for her THIRD scheduled appointment, in which she was told again that the provider was not in the clinic to see her. They proceeded to tell her that there was a new provider joining the clinic at the end of the month and that she could call back then and schedule an appointment to see him/her. She has been trying to see this provider as a new patient since October (with scheduled appointments) due to hearing loss. It is now January, and has yet to be seen! HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!"
