"I have got to say its best to stay away. The physical therapists are wonderful, but past that it has been a absolutely horrifying experience. I am doing this because I just got off the phone after getting a charge well over a year ago. They state that I was only seen there 4 times yet they have five different charges that I paid for those four visits. I ended up having to go to a supervisor because the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional that there is no way she had any intention of helping. They tell me that there is no information of that being a workers comp case yet in the same sentence they have changed computer systems three times since 2013 from the original date and they can't look up any other information. I'm sorry that you can't look up your past information that you lost but it doesn't mean that it didn't happen just because you're too dumb lazy and stupid to look it up"
"They have the best Physical therapist at Nampa Rec center. Every P/T they employ are friendly, compassionate and helpful. I've seen every therapist there throughout the past 2 yrs And they r all amazing but Beau is my Fave. He is very helpful and you leave there feeling like he really cares about your health. No one wants to do P/T but if you need to, then I highly suggest the Stars Rec center in Nampa."
