"Do not do business with this agency. When one of their clients caused an accident the client accepted responsibility. He was nice and very apologetic. He stated he just wasn’t watching what was in front of him. Later this insurance company claimed it was previous damage. I assure you it was not. The vehicle is new and there were multiple witnesses. Someone from this office actually accused us of committing fraud which I found outrageous and condescending. I feel sorry for his clients. We’re going to have to take them to court for the damages."
