"Broken down and completely helpless near Sabetha KS. It was approaching 5PM on a weekday and not single garage in Sabetha was willing/able to do anything for us. Corn fields in every direction as far as the eye could see. Along comes a GREAT Samaritan and loads us on a vehicle hauler and tows us to Gumps Garage. By the time we arrived it was well after closing time but that didn't matter to them. Gumps team started diagnosing the problem right away and it was very clear we were in good hands. They diagnosed it and found the problem and an hour later we were back on the road. A bug on the mass air flow sensor had rendered our vehicle useless. No unnecessary fixes. No replacement of parts that didn't need replacing. No taking advantage of a stranded and helpless stranger. It was just the opposite, they made us feel welcomed and were just eager to help. The whole experience reinforces the idea that the world is full of good people willing to help. Highly recommended."
