"Awful experience! My 3yr old had to wait over an hour with only one patient ahead of us. Something was clearly wrong with him he had just been seen by his primary and had a double ear infection. By the time he saw this dr at St Al’s he said his ears were sorta red said his throat looked fine blah blah blah. My son had a fever was falling asleep sitting up and he just told me he was fine. Fast forward two days later take him to Saltzer urgent care he has an ear infection still and strep throat!!!! soo livid with how he was treated or not treated"

"My mom went in with chest pain that wrapped to her back. Upon taking her blood pressure and finding it extremely high, they told her they needed to get a better one. No blood pressure is documented in her chart currently. The NP listened to her lungs, told her it was GERD and sent her home. No ECG, no troponin levels drawn, no chest xray. Extremely upset by the care NOT given."

"A Espinoza will laugh when you tell him what you think is going on, after he asked you what you think is happening. I'm not a Dr, so obviously I don't know medical science and my random ideas of what could be happening are not going to be accurate that's why I'm seeking help. I felt immediately judged on my appearance. And after I told him the last person I saw was more concerned about my weight and anxiety than the issue I was trying to be seen for.. he immediately started to so the same. A waste of waiting weeks to get in, and a waste of money. If you hear he will be your Dr. I would reschedule"

"It don't even deserve a star. The nurse was amazing caring and nice. But the PA we had was a b****, very unprofessional snotty and plain rude. My daughter had no voice I was trying to tell the woman what was going on and she told me to be quit and said she wanted to hear it from my daughter. Umm no she is still a minor I have every right. Will never come to urgent care again."

"To the ill people out there considering St. Al's Karcher Urgent Care for their health care needs. This facility allows only their healthy patients to use their waiting area. I went to be seen for severe sore throat and fever. After being registered, I was sent to my car to wait to be called in. 20 degrees outside. Cold car. How about the patients that are struggling financially and cannot afford to waste gas running their car to keep themselves warm while waiting 20--30 min or more to be called in? Are the patients getting a gas discount on your bill because you are forcing them to stay out in the cold and run the car to keep themselves warm while your waiting area is 2/3 empty? The mask protocols were followed, I was wearing a mask, the very few people in the waiting area were wearing a mask too. Are the masks not effective? Why are you discriminating and only allowing not-so-sick people use your warm waiting area? To top this, when they called me to go in, I was asked to go to the back door that said "staff entrance" across the dirt lot. That was locked, so now I am waiting outside the door several minutes for staff to come and open it, directly exposed to 20 degrees temperature, while my body is dealing with a fever. While I was informed that this is their facility protocol, I will definitely look for a different health care facility that does not have inhumane and discriminatory protocols. St. Al's Karcher, you should reevaluate your mission statement, as the patient is definitely not at the heart of what you do."
