She will cold call me at inconvenient times and start chewing me out or demanding things, right from literally day one. Her demeanor is very unprofessional. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but at this point, this is to let others know what to expect. My Experience with Rikki Casey herself has been very good, but my experience with Paula over the last 2-3 years is making me want to shop around again for someone else just to avoid Paula. I waited several years before posting this review just so it wasn't a first impression or a single bad experience, but no improvement."
