"I had first contacted Hai a couple years ago to request a quote on car insurance. My daughter was going to start driving and the quote I received from our previous insurance agent was extremely high. After we sent the cancellation letter to my previous insurance agent, he contacted me and suggested that I review the quote carefully and get clarifications on a few items because there was no way another insurance company could provide a better deal without cutting corners. After talking to the claims adjuster, I was confused because he stated our policy limit was a lot less than what I saw on the Declarations page. Hai was able to contact the claims adjuster to have him review the claim again. Since then, the claims adjuster was pretty unresponsive and Hai continued to regularly follow up with him and escalated the issue to his managers. After almost a month, the claims adjuster contacted me and provided an update on the claim. I am so grateful for Hai's assistance throughout this claims process!"
