"My insurance is due today unfortunately can’t make it to the office. I have called 50+ times and they haven’t answered a single time. Trying to call and use my credit card. I have a sr22 and if I don’t pay it by today I have to start my year all over. I’m 6 months into it now. I have had this problem more than once. They are horrible at answering the phone. It’s like you can’t do anything unless you’re there."

"I have in the past enjoyed fast and courteous service from Auto Insurance Express...however, on my most recent visit I had arrived shortly after 1pm and found no one there! The sign on the door stated they were closed 1 to 2...I returned shortly after 2 and waited until 2:30 before I realized they were gone and probably not coming back! Win some...lose some!"

"They are friendly, fair priced, and helpful when you can reach them. Rarely answers phone, voicemail always full, slow or unresponsive emails. I would highly suggest a different agent if you hope to have good customer service, locally. My actual insurance carrier has always been there for any questions or concerns that I had and to help me work through claim(s), but I shouldn't have to do the agents work for them - they should be available to help me (their customer) if and when I have any questions or concerns. I will not be renewing my policy of many years because I am tired of being unable to reach my local agent. When my agent doesn't have sufficient phone coverage, operational voicemail, or return emails, this tells me they are no longer interested in my business (which was never lapsed or late). If you choose to utilize their company, I hope you have better luck that I and numerous others have had."
