"I contacted this office to inquire whether a policy can be created over the phone as well as payment. The female agent requested my name phone number and I would be contacted by somebody to begin this policy. I made this call January 8th. I have yet to receive even a slight message from anyone regarding Auto acceptance.. I was taken back by not even receiving a call back from the office to see if everything went through and someone contacted"

"I had auto acceptance after my ex told me I needed to get my insurance there, I didn't know at the time that he had a horrible driving record, I guess he thought I did too lol I was with them for 3 years, then I asked my mom how much she pays for full coverage, I learned quickly that I was paying the same price for liability insurance. My driving record is clean, and I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was 20, it didn't matter there, they just seemed to go off the car, not the person's good record. So I left auto acceptance, and I'm getting discounts for safe driving. Every year that I don't get any kind of moving violation, my insurance goes down. So if you have a good record this may not be the place for you. It seems to be good for people who have a dwi or lots of wrecks and suspensions on their driving record, who can't find a good price for insurance, which is amazing that they help people with difficult circumstances! I gave them 2 stars because I feel like they should've been up front with me and maybe encouraged me to go somewhere else. Then again, that wouldn't be good for them lol"
