"Sent me a bill for a “fit” when I never even got a call for a fitting. Went to get my RX so I can order my glasses online and I’m provided with a paper that says nothing about my near or far exam. I work with the public and resources but will no longer recommend this place and their “hidden fees”."

"Just went in to get my new $500 pair of glasses adjusted and the Optician broke one of the lenses. I now have to wait 2-3 weeks for new lenses to arrive. I'm almost out of contacts, and now they won't answer the phone so I can order new ones. I wish the optician would have just given my glasses back un-adjusted if she didn't feel comfortable doing the work. I would rather have slightly loose glasses than a broken lens I can't see out of. I need my glasses for work and I'm pretty much screwed for the next 3 weeks. After I get my new lenses, I will never be coming back here again"
