"Nowhere was taking new clients, but VFHC referred me here and they got me an appt for an eval. I really like the counselor i spoke with, and decided to go ahead with counseling. Will update after counseling sessions but I'm hopeful."
"Update: I was contacted by Insight recently and the lady I talked with apologized profusely for my getting lost in the shuffle. We found a time that worked where I could do telehealth and I appreciate that as a very busy mom of 3. The lady I talked to said from now on they are asking people to call back monthly, I believe, to make sure they don't fall through the cracks. I know how hard it was for me to reach out for help and I don't think I would have continued to call monthly. Hopefully this area can get more mental health providers so this process is much simpler. Old Review: I've been on a wait list for over a year. At first they would call with updates. They did offer a spot once that unfortunately didn't work with my schedule so I agreed to wait for another spot. I haven't been called again. That was December 2021, it's now the end of November 2022. Mental health is important and unfortunately this business is not equip to help in a timely manner. I wish there were other options in this area."
