"The girl at the front desk was really rude to me and unsympathetic about my situation. She raised her eyebrows at me and told me “I don’t know what to tell you”, in a ‘it’s not my problem’ attitude. I was shocked. Whatever customer service skills you’re supposed to have for that position, she doesn’t have. I feel the whole morale of the place needs help. They were all laughing and talking, joking amongst each other, but when it came to be personable with customers/patients, made me feel unwelcome."
