"I don't know why they list a single provider when this has always been an office with multiple providers, even before Tri-State took over. They have always had problems keeping their appointment times. This time, they've switched lab providers. The new lab provider didn't even honor the time my wife had scheduled because that wasn't the way they run their lab. My wife was not notified of the change so she could arrange her schedule. The only notice is a note on the door of the clinic saying the lab is now walk-in only. It remains to be seen if they will be more respectful of her time at an upcoming appointment. Given the history of this facility, I'm not holding out much hope."
