"Scheduled here to get results of my heart monitor. That's how/why I scheduled my appointment on the phone. When I went in I was vocal about being there for that reason. None of the staff, including the Dr, could tell me why the results of the heart monitor weren't there. When I called later and talked to a manager I was told their office, that I specifically scheduled to go over results of a heart monitor, at a heart clinic, does not do heart monitor results. Not one of their staff members, not the scheduler, and not even the Dr knew that, but apparently at a heart clinic they can't discuss heart monitor results. Or even tell you that they can't do that. But they can schedule you for it!"
