"Terrible billing experience. When I came in for my eye exam, they told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the exam or glasses (if prescribed) because they had talked to my insurance and it was fully covered. A few days after my appointment I got a call from Rolling Hills Eyecare that my glasses were actually not covered at all by insurance. I decided not to order my glasses through them because it would cost $400. This wasn't the real issue though; I ended up getting a bill in the mail for almost $200 from them for the eye appointment despite being told multiple times that they had talked to my insurance company and there would be no cost to me. This feels very deceptive because I probably wouldn't have gotten the exam if I knew how much it would cost. I also was only notified that they had the wrong information and that I would need to pay something by getting a bill in the mail. There was no phone call, email, or notification through their portal. This feels like a major issue to me because mail can get lost and not everybody regularly checks their mail since so many things are paperless nowadays. When I called about this situation they were very rude to me and didn't apologize at all. Please stay away from this place at all costs if you're looking for financial transparency."

"I ordered my glasses in May. I paid for and ordered them to be transitions. I picked them up and they did not transition. My current pair of glasses was completly broken in half and were not repairable so I really needed my glasses. To remedy this the incorrect/new lenses were removed from the new frames and my old lenses were placed into them. The incorrect/new lenses were sent back and months later I received a call from your business. I was told my second pair of glasses which were a pair of sunglasses had arrived. This was the second time it was incorrect. I was advised or so I thought that those glasses were being sent back to the lab for them to be remade the third time. I waited months and called back. At that time I was told that the glasses were never sent back and that the lab/insurance wanted them back, which I thought you had already done. I was told it would probably be about two more weeks for the glasses to come back. It's been three more weeks now and last time I called a couple days ago there were still no glasses. This is absolutley unacceptable. I want my money back or my glasses. My order shouldn't be on the back burner it should be high priority. I paid for them and have been waiting 6 months now!"

"The wait time was less than 5 minutes, the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very kind and efficient! I had to bring my daughter, and they were very understanding. They told me a program for my soon to be new born, too. Very good service and care!"
