About the Business
Life Choices Clinic (LCC) is a free pregnancy center located at 1208 Idaho Street in Lewiston, Idaho. Our dedicated staff provides professional and compassionate medical care for pregnancy and sexual health related services. Whether you think you may be pregnant or are considering abortion, we are here to support you. All of our services are confidential, free of charge, and do not require insurance.
At Life Choices Clinic, we offer pregnancy testing, nurse consultations, options consultations, and medical referrals. Eligible individuals may also receive a limited ultrasound. We provide information on common STDs/STIs such as Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, which are prevalent in Idaho.
In addition to medical services, we offer parenting and fatherhood classes to help you prepare for the arrival of your baby. Through our 'earn while you learn' program, you can acquire essential baby gear while gaining valuable knowledge.
Our clinic operates during the following hours: Monday 10am-4pm, Tuesday 10am-4pm, Wednesday 9:30am-6pm, Thursday 10am-4pm, and Friday Closed. Life Choices Clinic is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that does not provide or refer for abortions. Contact us at (208) 746-9704 for more information.

"Life choices is an amazing place! The staff was very warm and welcoming as well as helpful. They provide lots of resources for anyone expecting including dads. They offer free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. They even provided me with prenatal vitamins. I did go to the classes which were very informative and just by going to class you can earn "baby bucks" to use to shop in the store they have that offers tons of cute baby clothes as well as supplies. They are incredibly amazing people and are extremely helpful."
