"I think the office is comical, they holler at clients as we are nothing on the phone the young girl at the front desk is so unprofessional? Then I can't see my NEW PCP til jan 24 so they sent me here? Wow, I have never feared for my safety with a new provider UNTIL i came here? They have me with someone who either has no idea what she's doing or she is just screwing up EVERYTHING she writes for me? Is it I'm "BLACK" I WOULDNT TAKE MY DOG HERE... WONT NOBODY IN this office help me? The patient relations person wwas supposed to call me back last Thursday by Friday forsur here we are on Tuesday and nothing? This can't be how the operates? I belive she is going to harm someone and the ppl don't care how these PA'S OR DR'S IN THERE DONT TREAT PPL OR won't care for them properly just don't bother. It's a shame some of our homeless don't have a choice but to go there?? Sad"
"I had the absolute worst experience with this place. I called in mid July to schedule an appointment to have my birth control removed and replaced and prescription refills. The women who scheduled me was very nice and helpful and got me in when I needed. Fast forward to 1 day before my appointment and I get a call while I’m at work, they leave a voicemail saying they just found out the provider I was scheduled with only did virtual appointments on Friday's and they don’t do birth control removals there. After talking with them for 1 hour while I’m at work. We finally get an appointment scheduled for the same day with a different provider yay!! NOT. They tell me I need to call their OBGYN clinic to get it removed, but they couldn’t get me in for 1 month after it was expired. The day of my appointment they call me to say, they need to reschedule because the provider is out sick, after being on the phone for 30 minutes they say oh never mind that was a miscommunication we can see you at your scheduled time. I get there and the nurse is really rude and looked like she hated her job, and the provider was only in the room for 10 minutes. Over all worse experience ever."
