"I had a really great experience here (which is surprising to say since I was having to be stitched up after cutting my hand with a circular saw). Everyone I interacted with here was empathetic, kind, made me feel comfortable and advocated for, and they made sure my pain was managed when the local anaesthetic started to wear off in the middle of suturing my cut. Thank you to Dr. Lindsey as well as the other ladies who helped me, sorry I didn’t get your names."

"Front desk was fantastic, medical assistant was also great but the provider, David Holden PA-C, might be the most condescending and dismissive provider I've ever seen as a patient. I have had several ongoing health issues since I was 17 and have seen countless providers in the Spokane area but David takes the cake for not doing his job in basically any capacity. He gets 1 star, the office gets 5 so I balanced the review for 3 stars. Do better David"

"I went in for treatment with a complicated health history and was met with Dr. William Lockwood who was incredibly professional, kind, and explained everything very thoroughly and never dismissed or undermined any concerns I brought up. He very thoughtfully approached the situation while also considering my chronic illness. I feel very well taken care of, and hope if I need care again, that I will have the pleasure of Dr. Lockwood once again being my provider. Give this man a damn raise, he more than deserves it."

"I went here 5 weeks ago for a horrific cough. Was told since I had the flu and fainted they couldn't help me. She said she wasn't concerned about my cough. Went to the emergency room for 8 hours, still no help with my cough. Even my provider didn't give me anything that would help me. After asking...again i finally got an antibiotic. Still coughing. Their concern is overwhelming. These terrible places need to go to school. I do a better job than them. Quacks everywhere. Be on guard."

"Although ill and not feeling well, when I have visit the Urgent Care on Lidgerwood the people are warm, encouraging, engaging and humorous. I enjoy the atmosphere and the level of skill the receptionist, nurses and doctors convey. I'm kept informed of what's going on with my illness diagnosis and how I'm to be treated. Christina Duncan was my provider for this visit and was very thorough and compassionate as this was the second time I was in for acute bronchitis. She changed the treatment plan for better results. The pharmacy was knowledgeable and informative as one of the medications was not covered by my insurance. I was able to save money because of their efforts which I greatly appreciate.
