Reviews
"I've had positive experiences with Dr. Ogram and the staff at this clinic. They have been friendly, helpful, and thorough in their recommendations/after visit notes. On the basis of those experiences I can certainly recommend this office. **However, please note that you will be asked to wear a mask during your visit. The signs posted indicate this is a requirement even if you have been vaccinated. Essentially, Kootenai is committed to mask wearing indefinitely regardless of time, vaccines/boosters, or other scientific data. If you do not like to engage in mask cosplay, you might want to reconsider making an appointment at this time until they catch up with virtually all other businesses and airlines.**"
"Dr Ogram and her team are great. She took the time needed to make sure of a minimal scar, very thorough."
"Love Dr. Ogram and her team. Excellent service and help. She's very thorough with her exams and so kind. Answered all my questions and saw all my kids. Did not disappoint. I refer all my friends. Check them out."
"Honestly I love this place I wouldn't go to any other dermatologist"
"I was referred to Dr. Ogram from my PCP and I saw her for my initial consultation which took about five minutes and cost $100 for my copay. I was told I had to come back for the actual procedure which was fine but the appointments were booked out for a couple months. I scheduled my next appointment and bought the aftercare supplies as told and when I showed up I was informed that my appointment had been canceled. The front desk employee was very rude and tried to justify the fact that she had never left me a voicemail, text, or even a letter in the mail but instead opted to call my emergency contact who lives in another state to tell her that my appointment was being canceled??? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and it's coming from someone who used to work in a hospital. This is not how appointment cancellations are handled. And of course when I spoke to the manager I was simply told that the front desk employee told her she left me a voicemail which was a lie. So I'm then left to either argue about it or go somewhere else since they wanted me to wait another month to come back in since 'it wouldn't be fair to the other patients'. Right... like it was fair to me to wait three months, get a referral and pay an enormous co-pay only to end up starting from square one in the end. My advice would be to save your time and go somewhere else that values their patients."
