"I hate blood draws. They usually hurt me but today the lady I had was smooth. Didn't feel a thing. Great job. Unfortunately they forgot to add a particular test last time and I had to come back 2/9/24 @ 1220. The first girl couldn't even find a vein I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. I don't like needles so it made it worse. Then a different lady tries and she hurts me. I wish I could just get someone who can do it smoothly every time. I need to find out who the previous last was and only come to her"
"My primary care physician is a resident by the name of Lindsay Mylnarek MD and she is absolutely exceptional!!! I have never had a provider be so intelligent, such a problem solver, an ally in my personal health goals all while being personable and compassionate. This provider goes above and beyond for the care of the patients she works with. The MA's that work with her are always great and Gail and Danny at the front desk are wonderful. Fantastic clinic!!!"
"Every single time I have made an appointment I will get a call a few days prior to my appointment saying they have to reschedule my appointment and the next availability has been at least 2 weeks if not longer. I understand this is a teaching clinic and the residents have to go to the hospital for rotations, but I've been to other teaching clinics and have NEVER experienced this before. You would think they would figure out a better system so that they would not have to cancel on patients and then make them wait weeks for another appointment when it's the clinics fault in the first place the appointment was cancelled. All the residents I saw were really nice and listen to me and took my pain seriously. So it really sucks that I will now have to find somewhere else to go because it's completely unprofessional to keep canceling and rescheduling your patients appointments. It makes me not feel valued or like they care about their patients"
"I hope this review provides a learning opportunity for residency doctors. I have called and faxed and pleaded to have one of your physicians fix the FMLA paper they filled out incompletely. They have been radio silent. I cannot get my leave approved because of this. I will be facing punishment at my job for a lawfully protected leave of absence. I am disheartened by this experience, and will elect to avoid seeking care where your physicians practice."
"The pediatric team is absolutely disrespectful, they're teaching must be zero human decency and to show patients and parents no respect. I am positive they can give their patients proper care without insulting them or their intelligence, but they choose to do both. I myself have been in college for the medical field and they audaciously want to speak to me like I'm incompetent or simply blind. Do NOT bring your little one here."
