"Migraine relief finally! I've suffered from migraines my whole life. I was at the point where I was having 20-25/month, most meds didn't work, and I was building up a tolerance to the one that did. My only other option was Botox for migraines which is expensive and insurance does not cover. My migraine specialist sent me to Matt for dry needling. Within six months of dry needling and doing the exercises Dr. Kifer showed me my migraines went down to about 10/month. This is huge! I went from being incapacitated the majority of the time to being able to function as a person again. :) I am still doing treatments as I improve and will use him for maintenance in the future.
