"This is not the place to take a severe mental health patient. They do not care enough to get right treatment, or help the family deal with the situation. I would have given a 0 Now trying to find another establishment that can actually help and take medicaid this is not easy"

"The reception area does not respect patient confidentiality. While waiting to be called for my scheduled appointment, I overheard them discussing their dislike for one client and issues with another. Very unprofessional. That area is not sound proof. And there's no excuse for that behavior. My counselor on the other hand was very nice but I stated to the counselor I will no longer be returning."

"My primary Dr. has sent referrals to them and I've been hung up on and I tried calling multiple times just to finally give it up after so many time's. I'm deeply depressed and going through some REAL issue's that NEEDS help. You can't help that's fine but there is no excuse for having me on hold (37 min) or hanging up on me or even saying you would call back but don't. Idk what is going on here but you need to show some compassion for those in NEED or pick ANOTHER JOB."

"I apparently rated the wrong location. Lol. But I've now got my counselor and she is amazing!! Mandy REALLY knows how to help me go from heated to cool. Even though we aren't fully into counseling she is willing to have mini-counseling sessions when I need to vent about stuff that is bothering me. The rest of the staff there is great too!! Her supervisor Keith is super nice. I don't know why you guys only have 2.5 stars. If I could give you guys a bazillion stars I would."
