"Chas is low quality care. The building, the website and the phone state clearly that they open at 8am. My appointment was 7:45 but I have to reschedule because I thought there's no way they are open before the multitude of CLEARLY stated signs.... Smh ik ashamed that I also have to do their job, checking on referrals, and making sure they are doing their job. Why do we have to check on them, at their own jobs? Oh and they used covid as an excuse the get rid of anesthesia like nitrous/laughing gas."

"I'm afraid of needles and dental work stresses me out, but I am happy with how I've been treated so far at CHAS' East Mission Dental Clinic. I can't find a dentist in town, so coming out to Spokane Valley is what I've got. My first appointment was to check on a tooth I lost a filling on, one that had a root canal on it 20 years ago, they got me in the next day to get the filling taken care of. They were patient, calm, and did a fantastic job on the filling. My tooth looks better than it did 20 years ago after the original root canal! Thank you CHAS and Dr. Osborne and team!"

"The dentist don't even care if you're in pain they just say take Tylenol like that's going to really help I felt like I was screwed and they don't even recognize that I'm a veteran they don't like veterans They just did not care The dentist I seen was like a 25-year-old little boy I don't think he even knew what he was doing I will tell every veteran in Spokane Idaho everywhere not to go to this clinic they're worthless they even asked me how to spell my own medication they didn't even know that the medication he told me to take for pain would interact with my blood pressure medicine"

"Wish I could give zero stars as they don't even deserve one star. These people are money making scammers who only care about long playing every single thing so they can squeeze out every last cent. Got put on a plan for some fillings. They left the biggest ones alone while they took care of the small ones. Put temporaries in instead of permanents. Scheduled me for permanents and then said oh no you need another exam before we can do them now so sorry. Sitting here with temporary fillings in with no date set whatsoever for when the permanents go in until they get there "extra" exam in acting like the X-rays they took every appointment over the last six months just don't exist an they need new ones. They slow play everything to try an squeeze every drop of cash they can get like. Unbelievable."
