"If you like wasting your time and money come here. Literally one of the worst experiences ever. We're transferring care. You can expect months long wait to get in, providers will be late (hour to 90 minutes late - which is TORTURE to a two year old), and if you leave you have to wait months again, providers will be flippant, and good luck EVER reaching surgical scheduling. And icing on the cake, they keep billing me for a service that was fully paid for, that they changed the price AFTER surgery, that i paid in full then, and now a third price increase."
"this is the worst clinic- they will reschedule your appointments for a whole year and you won't be able to make it in. Don't come here, the drs aren't the best either - they don't care about their patients at all! Would not recommend"
"If I could give this less stars I would. My son had an app in December. I was told to call to schedule his surgery. I called so many times before I finally got a call back. His surgery was scheduled for April. And then they called me and told me the doctor is going on vacation so I have to reschedule. It got rescheduled all the way until June. I got a call about a cancelation for May 19th. They told me to call the day before so I can get a time to go in for his surgery. It is may 18th and I have been calling all day to try and get a hold of someone about a time to bring him in tomorrow for his surgery. Haven't been able to get a hold of anyone! I'm so disappointed with this place"
"By far the most uncaring people and office that works with children. They "lost" my husband's FMLA paperwork and once they were given extra copies they still never bothered to fill them out or turn them in. My daughter's required surgery finally happened (don't even get me started on the scheduling process), and now that she's in pain and doesn't understand what's going on or what happened to her, she's refusing to eat or drink and the assistant nurse Hannah's reply was dismissive and uncaring - absolutely zero care for the wellbeing of a small child whatsoever. The post-op paperwork says to call in the event of particular things occurring or not occurring (like inconsolable crying (happening), persistent cough (happening), increased pain that is not relieved by pain medication(happening), or decreased urine or fewer than 4 diapers in 24 hours(we're at 2 diapers in 18 hours) but if you call, none of it matters to them. Your child gets the opportunity to suffer. I'm so devastated for my daughter and as a parent, I never would have put her through this if it wasn't necessary and I just wish we had had another option for better treatment. The surgeon and the nurse staff at the hospital/pediatric surgery center I will leave out of this. They did their job and were super caring. I only wish they were in charge of my daughter's aftercare."
