"The PA was rude by making me feel like i was crazy and I that the MRI was up to me. When I got the MRI I had a torn ACL with a bakers cyst. Then when I seen Dr. Anderson he was a little better than the PA. I did my surgery but still made me feel just another number. Not very personable. My husband went to the same PA with a bad knee and he got the same treatment. Got the MRI and had a bad torn Meniscus. Saw Dr. Anderson and he asked my husband where dose it hurt and he showed him and said your not even close to the meniscus. That is where it hurt at that time. The whole knee hurts. They just belittle people super rude. Dr. Anderson said it my be to late and that he had a 50/50 success rate. If he gets in their and it is not repairable he will clean it up and get out. But if it is ok he will do surgery. We are getting a second opinion not happy."

"I’m excited to get my knee fixed soon but unsure if my switching from providence to this provider is causing a problem. I liked the Provider but felt interrogated instead of seen as a patient at the beginning. I am thankful that by the end of the appointment he was caring and understanding about my health and progression to getting this fixed in a timely manner that providence was unable to do.
