"Feeling overwhelmed can't make appointment for my daughter we on a 24 hr appointments cause we missed a few cause of things happen. Business , getting sick. And since then it's been very difficult to get seen, for two weeks I have been trying and can't seem to get in and I feel like we are being punished . What am I supposed to do if I can't even make appointment?? Like reallly Rockwood clinic. I almost want to call KHQ help me Haley! So disappointed on this matter."
"Mistakes happen, I get that. But two? Shame on me. I attempted to make two appointments to get my nexplannon out. I told the first call rep this, a month later finally had my appointment. I get to the appointment and it’s scheduled for a Pap smear. Fine, I was do for one this summer anyway. I told the nurse that I was here to get my birth control out. The doctor told me I needed to reschedule, showed up two weeks later and they can’t do it. I am so over wasting my time with this clinic. Their communication is so poor. Do not go here."
"Very disappointing service. Several staff are not about service and lack any empathy. Called the number listed to say I was running a few minutes late and they said fine just hurry. I get to the appointment 10 late and they have cancelled it. The gal at the desk was cold and really could have cared less. Getting a 90 year old moving fast is a challenge. I have sat in this office waiting for more than half an hour to be seen and that obviously didn’t matter when the shoe is on the other foot. If this was the first experience, I could overlook it. Overall satisfaction will this office has been on a steady decline over the past 4 years. I am hoping and expecting something better than this. Looking for new provider who puts patients well being first over profit and volume."
