"Extortion: Be prepared to pay a total bill to be over $600 because they charge by the minute. They make you wait to see the nurse, make you wait to see the doctor, and then make you wait 30+ minutes for the Covid/Influnza test, all while charging you by the minute when they could have sent you home and emailed the results. Came up negative for both and the results were, “You have a virus” which one you ask? “We don’t have a name for all of them” so no idea what I actually had, just charged me for wasting my time. So they want to be paid over $600 for something that was obvious."

"I’ve been here 3 or 4 times throughout the few years I’ve lived on the south hill. All of the people here are great, excellent thorough customer service. It’s the only urgent care I go to, they do stay very busy though so I try to book an appointment if I’m able to. They usually have same day if you book early in the morning or next day if you book later in the day. The online website is easy to use and virtual care appointments are great too!"
